Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday – Friday. Depending on the weather in the state of destination, a hold may be put on the order to avoid damage. An email notification will be sent to you if a hold is placed on your order.

All Marketplace items can only be shipped via ground.

If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, please send us a message or call our shipping department at (707) 537-3810 ext. 311.

We request a daytime address where a person 21 years or older is available to sign and accept wine shipments.

We strongly recommend that your wine be sent to a business address.

P.O. Boxes are not allowed.

A minimum order of 1 case (= 12 bottles) is required for shipments to AL, AR, KY, SD, UT. Shipments to these states can take up to two weeks and the delivery address must be a business address as we are not able to ship to a residential address. For UT, please check for estimated delivery times by calling our shipping department at (707) 537-3810 ext 311.

Currently, we can’t ship to MS.

For out-of-country shipments please send us a message to receive a shipping fee quote.

We cannot ship gift packages to the following states: AL, AR, SD, UT. These states require a minimum order of 1 case (12 bottles).

We offer preferred pricing on 12 bottles or more (mix & match). Not applicable to Reserve & Library wines. 12 – 35 bottles: 10% off; 36+ bottles: 15% off. Wine club members receive an additional 5% club discount.

You can include up to 10 different shipping addresses within one order. Example: Buy 7 regular bottles for yourself, a 2-bottle gift package for your client in Texas, and a 3-bottle gift package for a friend in Oregon so that you receive the 10% discount.
