Shipping Policy

Shipping Restrictions and Fees (scroll down to see the fees):
We are able to ship to all US states. For out-of-country shipments please call (707) 537-3826 or send an e-mail to internet@zinawinery.com to receive a shipping fee quote.

Tax will be charged for online orders for the following states: CA-8%; NH-8%; ND-7%; NV-8%; SC-7%; TX-6.25%; WY-12%. To order by phone, please call (707) 537-3826.

  • We don't ship wine over the weekend, because some damage may occur during the summertime when the temperature is too high, or during the wintertime when the temperature is too low. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • We request a daytime address where a person 21 years or older is available to sign and accept wine shipments.
  • We strongly recommend that your wine be sent to a business address.
  • P.O. Boxes are not allowed.
  • A minimum order of 1 case (= 12 bottles) is required for shipments to AL, AR, MD, MA, MS, ND, PA. Delivery address in these states must be a business address, because we cannot ship to a residential address. Shipments to these states only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • Holiday Shipping Schedule: To ensure delivery by Thanksgiving orders shipping to AL, AR, MA, MS, PA, UT must be placed by Nov. 11, 2011; all other states Nov. 17, 2011. For delivery by Dec. 25 place your order no later than Dec. 9, 2011 for AL, AR, MA, MS, PA, UT; all other states by Dec. 16, 2011.

Shipping Fee for Gift Packages:
  • We cannot ship gift packages to the following states: AL, AR, MA, MS, ND, PA, UT. These states require a minimum order of 1 case (12 bottles).
  • We offer preferred pricing on 12 bottles or more (mix & match). Not applicable to Reserve & Library wines. 12 - 35 bottles: 10% off; 36 - 71 bottles: 15% off; 72+ bottles: 20% off. Wine club members receive an additional 5% club discount.
  • You can include up to 10 different shipping addresses within one order. Example: Buy 7 regular bottles for yourself, a 2-bottle gift package for your client in Texas, and a 3-bottle gift package for a friend in Oregon so that you receive the 10% discount.
