Winemaker's Comments
The aromas in this wine are essence of raw sassafras, cake batter, blueberry & subtle hickory. This wine leaves flavors of hazelnut, rhubarb & tart apple citrus on the palate and finishes with bright dusty tannins and lingering plum.
