On August 15, 2009 winemaker Steve Ledson invited Zina Hyde Cunningham Club Members to join his team for a journey through the family practices and techniques that the family uses today.

The day started in the morning at the tasting room in Boonville. Guests were brought to the family ranch where they visited various future vineyard sites and tasted different wines paired with appetizers at each designated site. After learning about each site and which grapes will be planted where, the club members were then shuttled down to the lake where they met up with Steve and Amy to enjoy more wine and appetizers around the lake.

Dinner was served family style on the outdoor patio with the club members and Zina Hyde Cunningham team getting to know each other better and sharing the day’s experiences. Not long after, the heat burned off and the cool breezes were welcomed by tired feet rounding out the evening by making use of the dance floor under the stars.

After the sun went down and the music stopped, the club members were taken back to the tasting room to their cars or to their respective Boonville area hotels to rest up after a lovely day full of picturesque nature, friendly people, and impeccable wines.
